We want you to be satisfied with your Raggin purchase. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return providing:

  • Your email request clearly outlining your concern and intentions to return the item(s) is received by us within 7 days upon your taking delivery
  • Is in new condition
  • Hasn't been worn, washed or altered
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice and all tags are still attached.
  • Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels UNLESS the error is OURS.

Providing all requirements have been met, a STORE GIFT CARD in the total original amount due will be issued. This Store Gift Card which may be applied to a future purchase, does NOT expire.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance UNLESS the error was OURS..

In the event we must issue a refund because we made an error, you will be refunded the full amount via your original payment method.

Please keep in mind, every bank is different and therefore processing times may vary.

Should an item not meet our return requirements or standard, we will return the item to you at your expense and a store credit will NOT be issued.

In the event an order is refused upon delivery, a 50% restock fee will be applied. We will issue a store credit for the remaining 50%.

Due to the limited quantities of an item, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. However, if the item is in stock...you may apply your store credit towards its purchase.

All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products.) Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your items upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item as to ensure that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by following the steps noted above. In your email, please inform us of your desire to exchange. If possible we will do all we can to hold that item for you pending receipt of your return. Though not guaranteed we will always make every attempt to accommodate such requests. Once the return is accepted, you may then make a separate purchase with your Store Credit for the new item.
